Why is it called Cadarn?

We chose the name Cadarn for the scheme since we feel that it conveys an idea of a strong and resilient community. ‘Cadarn’ is the Welsh word for solid or mighty, and so a Cadarn Community would be a community that remains solid, or indeed resilient in the face of the problems and challenges brought about by Climate Change.
